The "KEW 3128" is a digital high-voltage insulation resistance tester that allows variable output voltage across six fixed ranges: 500V, 1000V, 2500V, 5000V, 10000V, and 12000V. It features a live wire warning function with a buzzer and screen display, as well as an auto-discharge function that automatically discharges the charged voltage after measurement. It operates on two power sources: a rechargeable battery and AC power.
